A plastic bag making machine mainly consists of: a material storage device, a stepping device, a frequency converter, a bag forming device, a heat-sealing cutter, and a control device. Its main features are: the material storage device stores a certain amount of raw material; the stepping device moves the raw material; the frequency converter drives the heat-sealing cutter; the bag forming device forms bags after producing a fixed number; and the heat-sealing cutter, controlled by a temperature controller, seals and cuts the raw material. The control device coordinates all actions.
The frequency converter uses a Delta M-series frequency converter. The Delta M-series frequency converter has functions such as automatic torque compensation, slip compensation, and automatic voltage regulation. It can effectively protect the motor under frequent start-stop conditions, avoid the impact of starting current on the power grid, and effectively achieve energy saving and consumption reduction. The temperature controller uses a Delta DTA4848R. The Delta temperature controller has a self-tuning function, and the temperature error is controlled within 0.1 degrees Celsius.
The main control methods are as follows:
1. Open the material release switch, and the material storage motor is activated by the photoelectric sensor to store a fixed amount of material.
2. Turn on the heating control switch to heat the hot blade using the temperature controller.
3. A stepper motor drives the raw material movement. For white bags, the stepper motor stops after a fixed number of steps to achieve length control; for colored bags, the stepper motor stops when a photoelectric sensor detects a corresponding signal to achieve positioning control.
4. After the stepper motor stops, a three-phase asynchronous motor drives the hot blade to seal and cut.
5. After sealing and cutting the set number of bags, complete the bag assembly.
