Q:How do you balance productivity between printed and blank bags?

A:The core dilemma with most 4 lines machines is this: when running blank(plain) bags, all 4line can operate simultaneously for high output; but once you switch to printed bags, production usually drops 2line. If printed bags are your main product, verify the actual film feeding speed and photoelectric tracking accuracy in color mode-otherwise you'll buy a 4 line machine but only use 2line.

Q:Is it can make small bags and big bags in one machine ?

A: Yes ,small blank bags adopt 4 line ,big bags adopt 2 line .
