Introduction

Our T-shirt bag making machine is designed for high-speed production of HDPE and LDPE T-shirt shopping bags and vegetable bags. The machine combines heat sealing, cutting and optional punch-hole processing in one production line, allowing manufacturers to produce bags with or without punch holes according to their production requirements.

With a two-line production configuration and servo-controlled operation, the machine is suitable for continuous production of T-shirt bags in different sizes and film thicknesses.

Features

Integrated Punch-Hole Processing

The punching function is integrated into the bag-making process, allowing the machine to produce vegetable bags and other T-shirt bags with punch holes without requiring a separate punching operation. The punching function can be switched off when bags without holes are required.

Two-Line Production

The two-line configuration allows two bags to be processed simultaneously, helping increase production output while maintaining consistent sealing and cutting performance.

Servo-Controlled Operation

Servo control is used for film feeding and bag-making operations to improve bag-length accuracy and maintain stable production during continuous operation.

Heat Sealing and Cutting

The machine completes heat sealing and cutting during the same production process, reducing additional handling between bag-making stages and providing consistent bag dimensions.
