1. Before Loading: Precise Planning: Accurately measure the dimensions of each machine, calculate the loading capacity (e.g., how many machines can fit in a 40-foot high cube container), and select thick steel wire ropes, tow ropes, foam pads, and other materials.

2. During Loading: Detailed Protection: Ensure forklifts can lift machines smoothly, maintain a centered center of gravity, and use steel wire ropes/fastening straps to secure them and prevent movement during sea transport. Use foam pads to separate machines from each other and against the walls to prevent scratches to the machine's paint.

3. After Loading: Sealing and Recording: Take photos before sealing the container for archiving and send them to the customer for confirmation and safekeeping.
